Eldercare discussion group
The MGH Employee Assistance Program (EAP) will host its monthly eldercare
discussion group March 28, from noon to 1 pm in the Yawkey Center for
Outpatient Care, Doerr Conference Center, 10th floor, Room 10650. Janet
T. McLaughlin, LICSW, CEAP, and Barbara Moscowitz, LICSW, MGH geriatric
social worker, will discuss normal aging, identifying when there is a
problem and basic steps to begin planning for care. For more information,

Senior HealthWISE lecture
The MGH Senior HealthWISE lecture series will host "Advance Directives:
How, What, Where, When, Why?" March 22, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm in the
West End Civic Association Community Room at One Emerson Place for seniors
age 60 years and older. Barbara Moscowitz, MSW, and Frank Bellistri, NP,

Wellman Center lecture series
The Wellman Center for Photomedicine will host "Cellular and Molecular
Bioluminescence Imaging in Mouse Cancer Models" March 21, from 2:15
to 3:15 pm, in the Thier Conference Room, with a coffee reception at 2
pm. Andrew L. Kung, MD, PhD, of the Pediatric Oncology Department at the

CCRP massage workshop
The Clubs at Charles River Park (CCRP) is hosting a partners massage workshop
March 25, from 3 to 6 pm. Swedish and sports massage techniques will be
taught and will focus on back, neck and shoulders. The cost is $100 per
pair for members, and $115 per pair for non-members. Registration is required.

Pamela Ellis Memorial Secretarial Award
Nominations now are being accepted for the Pamela J. Ellis Memorial Secretarial
Award, which was established in memory of Pamela Ellis, an MGH executive
secretary from 1992 to 1996. All executive secretaries, secretaries, administrative
assistants, front desk receptionists and operations workers are eligible
for the $1,000 award, which will be presented at the Secretarial/Clerical
Support Staff Day luncheon to be held April 26. Nomination forms are available

or at the Employee Access Center, Clinics 117, 75 Blossom Court and
CNY Building 149, seventh floor. Forms also are available at the MGH Chelsea,
