MGH: Simply exceptional

In a new national ranking of exceptional hospitals in the country, the MGH was at the top of the list. The results were published in the March/April issue of Consumers Digest as part of an article “Vital Signs: Putting Hospitals to the Test.” The list, which ranked BWH second, is based on data collected by the Leapfrog Group — an initiative driven by more than 170 member companies and organizations aiming to improve health care quality, patient safety and customer value.
