Treadwell Library celebrates Valentine's Day
The Treadwell Library will display heart-warming books Feb. 14 through 18 in recognition of Valentine's Day. Refreshments will be available Feb. 15 between

CRP seminars
The Clinical Research Program (CPR) will sponsor "Problem-Based Biostatistics Seminars for Physiologic Investigators" March 8 and 22, from 3:30 to 5 pm in the Walcott Conference Rooms and March 15 and 29, from 3:30 to 5 pm in the Burr 5 and 6 Conference Rooms. Intended for physiologic investigators who have moderate or substantial statistical experience, each of the four sessions will focus on a different theme and an actual research project. A database will be used to provide concrete and realistic examples. Seminars will be run by John Orav, associate professor of Medicine (Biostatistics) at Harvard Medical School. MGH Leadership Academy
MGH supervisors and managers are invited to the launch of the MGH Leadership Academy Feb. 23, from 10 to 11 am in the O'Keeffe Auditorium. Be one of the first to preview the Academy's online curriculum through Harvard Business Publishing's ManageMentor program. This information session will introduce supervisors and managers to the Academy's five pillars of leadership and its competency model. The session will be teleconferenced to CNY, the MGH health centers in Charlestown, Chelsea and Revere and MGH West. MGH Scientific Advisory Committee meeting
The MGH research community will host its 29th MGH research symposium and poster session and the 58th-annual meeting of the MGH Scientific Advisory Committee (SAC) Feb. 16 and 17. The poster session will be held Feb. 16, from 11:30 am to 2 pm in the Wellman Conference Room, the WACC lobby and the Walcott Conference Rooms. Presentations of current research from distinguished scientists will be held Feb. 16, from 2:15 to 5 pm in the O'Keeffe Auditorium. And the annual meeting of the SAC will be held Feb. 17, from 8 am to 3:30 pm in the Wellman Conference Room.
