  • MGH AIDS research to be featured on NOVA
    AIDS research being conducted by MGH scientists will be featured in a documentary titled Surviving AIDS, scheduled to air Feb. 2, at 8 pm, on the Public Broadcasting System's NOVA program.
  • Help wanted – blood donors needed
    The recent holiday season took a serious toll on the hospital's blood supply. Under current conditions, one medical emergency could potentially deplete the hospital's supply of blood and blood products.
  • MGH Chaplaincy committed to diversity
    To better serve the diverse spiritual and religious needs of patients, families and employees, the MGH Chaplaincy recently added two members to its staff, a Buddhist priest and monk and a Muslim cleric.
  • MGH Pediatrician in spotlight for Black History Month
    Anne Beal, MD, MPH, MGH pediatrician and author of The Black Parenting Book: Caring for Our Children in the First Five Years, will be the guest speaker at the Association of Multicultural Members of Partners' (AMMP) Black History Month event this February.
