"May
I Help You?" posters greet patients and visitors 
Posters will be put on display throughout the hospital's
ground floor and at the MGH's four health centers to encourage patients and visitors to
ask employees for help when they come to the MGH. The posters are a part of the "May
I Help You?" program that began last year as a collaboration between the MGH's
Customer Service and Volunteer departments. The program is meant to encourage patients and
visitors to ask for help, and thus avoid some of the unnecessary frustrations that
sometimes accompany visiting a large institution. For more information about the "May
