United Way campaign kicks into high gear

Each year, the MGH encourages its employees to give to the United Way. This year's campaign, co-chaired by John Herman, MD, of MGH Psychiatry, and Nancy Marttila of the MGH President's Office, kicked off Oct. 26 and will run through Nov. 17. Pledge cards – available at drop-off box locations or through department United Way representatives – can be used to make a donation and automatically enter the employee raffle. Raffle prizes include luxury box Red Sox tickets, a Palm Pilot, three days of earned time and a month of free parking. For more information about the campaign, the raffle or the United Way, visit the MGH/United Way web site at http://www.mgh.harvard.edu/DEPTS/pubaffairs/UnitedWay/UWhome.htm.
