Vincent symposium offers women’s health information

The 18th annual MGH Vincent Medical Symposium, an educational forum dedicated to women’s health issues, was held Oct. 22 and attracted more than 100 guests. Co-sponsored by the Vincent Club and Vincent Hospital Board of Managers, the program was moderated by Isaac Schiff, MD, chief of the MGH Vincent Obstetrics and Gynecology Service. Topics included the impact of epidural anesthesia on mother and baby; long-term illness and its effects on the dynamics of family life; and skin conditions associated with hormonal imbalance.
