MGHer Princess Williams updates her personal information. |
Self serve:Employees now can access their own information The MGH Human Resources Department would like to remind employees that their personal information is now available at their fingertips. The PeopleSoft Human Resources (HR) Employee Self Service (ESS) program has been helping employees access and change personal information since it was first introduced in June. ESS allows employees to change their information in their HR online record. For employees who do not have access to a computer, the Clinics 1 Payroll Office has been transformed into a full-service Employee Access Center with computer terminals and technical support to help those using the program. Employees can view current and past paychecks, W-4 information, enroll in the MBTA pass program, change their home address and phone number information, update emergency contacts, list education and professional training, and change direct deposit deductions.
Computer terminals also are available at the 75 Blossom Court and CNY 149 HR offices and the Professional Staff Benefits Office on Bulfinch 1. Although distribution of paychecks and MBTA passes will continue at the Clinics 1 location on regular paydays beginning at 7 am, the Payroll Office now is primarily devoted to the Employee Access Center and other employee activities. Office hours are Monday through Wednesday and Friday, from 9 am to 4 pm for ESS access. For more information about the Employee Access Center, call (617) 726-6338. |
