The Outpatient Registration area, currently located in the Wang Ambulatory Care Center (WACC) Lobby, will relocate to the WACC's first floor June 4. All patients should be directed to this new site, which is located next to the Outpatient Pharmacy. The hours of operation will be Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

The new location will be renamed Monte and Rita Goldman Patient Registration and Financial Services. This site will be staffed by registrar staff as well as four patient financial services counselors who can help patients needing financial assistance.

These counselors can evaluate uninsured and underinsured patients for their eligibility for enrollment in free or low-cost health insurance plans such as MassHealth, free care and the Children's Medical Security Plan. Staff members also will assist patients with the application process.

Patient Financial Services counselors will continue to be available for assistance in the WACC Lobby office as well.
