Nominating
excellence in administrative support
The 2004 Pamela J. Ellis Memorial Secretarial Award nominations now are
being accepted. In memory and recognition of the outstanding performance
and values of Pamela J. Ellis, who served as an executive secretary at
the MGH between 1992 and 1996, an award was established in 1997 to honor
MGH secretarial staff who exhibit similarly remarkable qualities in their
work. The $1,000 award will be presented at the Secretarial/Clerical Staff
Day luncheon April 21.
All MGH executive secretaries, secretaries, administrative assistants,
front desk receptionists and operations associates are eligible, and all
staff and employees may submit nominations.
The nomination forms may be dropped off in person or through interoffice
mail to Sunayana J. Dyer, MGH Human Resources, 75 Blossom Court, or sent
by e-mail in a similar format to sjdyer@partners.org.

or can be picked up at MGH Human Resources offices at the following
locations: Employee Access Center, Clinics 117, White 14, 75 Blossom Court,
seventh floor at CNY Building 149, as well as at MGH Chelsea, Charlestown,
Back Bay and Revere health centers.
All nominations are due by 3 pm March 25.
