Nursing career expo
MGH Patient Care Services Human Resources will be hosting a Nursing Career Expo Jan. 25, from noon to 4 pm in the North and East Garden Dining Rooms. Learn about staff nurse, clinical nurse specialist, nurse manager, nurse practitioner, patient care associate and surgical technologist opportunities at the MGH. EAP Work/Life seminar
The MGH Employee Assistance Program (EAP) will offer a lunchtime Work/Life seminar "Internet Safety"Jan. 15, from noon to 1 pm in the Wellman Conference Room. Guest speaker Jon Tiplady, retired lieutenant of the Danvers Police Department, will cover crime prevention practices from the National Crime Prevention Council, including preventing identity theft, avoiding fraudulent Internet games and staying safe at work and at home. Judges wanted for Timilty Science Fair
The MGH/Timilty Partnership is looking for volunteers to judge student projects during the annual Science Fair week Feb. 2 to 5, from 9 to 11 am. Volunteers

Safety in the workplace
MGH Police and Security and the MGH Safety Office will present an educational series, "Safety in the Workplace" Jan. 13, from noon to 1 pm at the MGH Chelsea HealthCare Center; Jan. 20, from 9 to 10 am at the Somerville Warehouse; and Jan. 26, from noon to 1 pm at CNY Building 149.
