Joanne is a registered nurse and graduate of the Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing. She received her Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts. She has extensive elder care management experience and over 35 years experience working in various nursing capacities at the Massachusetts General Hospital. As a result she brings extensive knowledge, wisdom and expertise in the areas of elder care, medical management and patient service. In addition, she has served on the Board of the Council on Aging in her community and is an active member of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers. Finally, Joanne cares at home for her elderly mother(a sweetie!) who suffers from Parkinson’s disease and other disabling medical conditions.
