If you think you require the care of a specialist, please call your physician's office for the appropriate referral. You can also obtain your physician's office number from our list of IMA Primary Care doctors. When in the office, please be sure to obtain your referral before leaving. In the case of an emergency room visit, call us for an authorization prior to or shortly after you receive care.

Prescriptions

To obtain a refill during an appointment, please bring a current listing of your medications or the medications themselves. You can also refill your prescriptions by calling your physician's office. You can obtain your physician's office number by clicking here[link to MDs phone list]. Please leave your name, phone number, name of the prescription, and the number of your pharmacy. Non-urgent prescriptions will be fulfilled within 24 hours.
