hand the name of your medication, the dosage, and the telephone number of

Referrals
Your MGH Everett Family Care physician is responsible for arranging all of
your medical care including referrals to specialists. Because most insurance
companies require prior approval to see a specialist or to go to an emergency
room for a non-life-threatening emergency, please be sure to call in advance
to discuss your referral with your physician. Routine referrals may take up
to 14 days to process, so please plan ahead.
