Hours

MGH Back Bay is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm. There is on-call coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Directions

From the North (Rt. 93):
Head South on Tobin Bridge (toll $3.00) Take I93 South/US 1 South toward BOSTON/CAPE COD, Take the RT 28/RT 3 North exit to STORROW DRIVE/NORTH STATION, Keep LEFT at the fork in the ramp, Merge onto STORROW DRIVE, follow 1.6 miles, Turn slight LEFT onto ramp toward KENMORE SQUARE, At 2nd set of lights, turn LEFT onto Commonwealth Ave, Go straight through first set of lights, we are #388.

From Cambridge:
Take Massachusetts Ave to Commonwealth Ave, turn right onto Commonwealth Ave, turn left again on Commonwealth to 388 Commonwealth Ave.

From the West:
Take 128 to the Massachusetts Turnpike. Exit at Copley Square and take a right on Dartmouth Street. The Boston Public Library will be on your left. Take Dartmouth Street to left on Commonwealth Ave. and turn left at Charlesgate East and left again on Commonwealth Ave. (Commonwealth Ave. is divided by a tree-lined mall.)

From the South:
Take 93 North to the Massachusetts Ave. exit and turn right on to Mass Ave. Follow Mass Ave. and take a right onto Beacon Street. Take a left onto Charlesgate East and then take a left onto Commonwealth Ave. to 388 Commonwealth Ave.

Parking

There is a parking garage directly behind MGH Back Bay on Newbury Street Extension.  Newbury Street Extension is the part of Newbury Street on the other side of Massachusetts Avenue.  There is metered on street parking also available. 

Public Transportation

MGH Back Bay is easily accessible by public transportation. Take the T Green Line to the Hynes Convention Center Stop on Massachusetts Ave. The Green Lines to the Hynes Convention Center are: "B" Boston College, "C" Cleveland Circle and "D" Riverside. MGH Back Bay is about a five-minute walk from the Hynes stop.
