Usual Dosage Range and Route: |
LOADING DOSE : 0.5 to 2.0 mg IVP *LOADING DOSE IS USUALLY GIVEN PRIOR TO STARTING MAINTENANCE MAINTENANCE : 1 to 40 mg / hour as titrated to patient response. 0.5 TO 2.0 mg IVP AT 4 to 6 hour intervals as titrated to patient response. |
