- 10 MINUTES RECONSTITUTE EACH 50 mg VIAL WITH 50 ml OF DEXTROSE 5% IN WATER. FINAL CONCENTRATION =1 mg / ml 24 HOUR CUMULATIVE DOSE: 400 mg |
