Research Interests:
Dr. Hunt is involved in research related to tumorigenesis in head and neck and endocrine related neoplasia. Her focus is on molecular diagnostic approaches to understanding tumor pathogenesis, prognosis, and diagnosis. Her training and background in Molecular Genetic Pathology have led her to an interest, in particular, in discovery and validation of new biomarkers for both head and neck cancers and thyroid cancer. Dr. Hunt also leads research in quality assurance, performance improvement, and laboratory operations. |
