Senior HealthWISE events
MGH Senior HealthWISE will host the following free events for seniors age 60 years or older: a film screening of "Field of Dreams," July 16, from 3 to 5 pm at the West End Library; a book club discussion of "Shoeless Joe" July 17, from 3 to 4 pm at the West End Library; and a lecture series, "Nutrition and Exercise for Better Mental Health" July 17, from 11 am to noon in the Haber Conference Room with guest speaker Peg Biam, NP, MS, of the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at MGH. Safe patient handling equipment fair
The Norman Knight Nursing Center for Clinical & Professional Development and MGH Occupational Health Service will host a Safe Patient Handling Equipment Fair featuring in-house equipment resources for keeping staff and patients safe July 23, from 11 am to 5:30 pm in the Bulfinch Tent.
