Senior HealthWISE events
MGH Senior HealthWISE will host the following free events for seniors age 60 years or older: a lecture series, "Diabetic Foot Problems," Oct. 23, from 11 am to noon in the Haber Conference Room with guest speaker Vasilios Lirofonis, DPM, of MGH Podiatry; and a flu shot clinic Oct. 27, from 1:30 to 3:30 pm at the West End Library. Simchat Torah service
The MGH Chaplaincy will host a Simchat Torah service Oct. 22 at 11 am in the MGH Chapel. For more information, call Rabbi Ben Lanckton at (617) 724-3228.

Tailored for Success clothing drive and presentation
The MGH Domestic Violence Working Group will host a business suit and accessory drive for Tailored for Success, an organization dedicated to increasing the employability of economically disadvantaged women and domestic violence survivors. The drive will take place Oct. 29, from 6 am to 7 pm in the Main Corridor and from 9 am to 3 pm at MGH satellite locations. Additionally, a presentation by Liz Hart, founder of the organization, will take place Oct. 22, from 11:30 am to 1 pm in the Thier Conference Room. Wellman Center Lecture Series
The MGH Wellman Center for Photomedicine will host "Mass Spectrometry of Biological Macromolecules and Current Status and Future Role" Oct. 21, from 1:40 to 3:30 pm in the Thier Conference Room. A reception will begin at 1:30 pm. Franz Hillenkamp, PhD, of the University of Muenster in Germany and inventor of MALDI Mass Spectrometry, will be the guest speaker. Pastoral Care Week events
In honor of Pastoral Care Week, the MGH Chaplaincy will host the following events: an information table Oct. 27, from 11 am to noon in the Main Corridor, which will include a glass harmonica performance by Vera Meyer from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm; a "Sacred Space/Sacred Pace: Open Labyrinth Walk," Oct. 29, from 8 am to noon in the Thier Conference Room; a presentation by Jimmy Tingle, a political humorist and writer, Oct. 29, from 1:30 to 2:30 pm in the O'Keeffe Auditorium; and Blessing of the Hands services in the MGH Chapel Oct. 30 from 6:30 to 8 am, 11:30 am to 1 pm and 3 to 5 pm. Respiratory care information table
In honor of National Respiratory Care Week, MGH Respiratory Care Services will host an information table Oct. 22, from 9 am to 5 pm in the Main Corridor. BHI open house
The Benson-Henry Institute (BHI) for Mind Body Medicine at MGH will host an open house Oct. 23, from 4:30 to 7 pm at 151 Merrimac St., fourth floor.
