Senior HealthWISE events
MGH Senior HealthWISE will host the following free events for seniors age 60 years or older: an "Autumn Fitness" exercise class Oct. 16, from 11 am to noon with lunch served from noon to 1 pm; and a book club discussion of "Boston Adventure" Oct. 16, from 3 to 4 pm at the West End Library. Sukkot service
The MGH Chaplaincy will host a Sukkot service Oct. 15 at 11 am in the MGH Chapel. For more information, call (617) 724-3228.

Physical therapy information table
In honor of National Physical Therapy Month, MGH Physical Therapy Services will host a "Physical Therapy: It's All About Movement" information table Oct. 21, from 11 am to 2 pm in the Main Corridor. Physical therapists will be available to answer questions and demonstrate correct posture and proper body mechanics with movements for everyday activities. BHI yoga classes
The Benson-Henry Institute (BHI) for Mind-Body Medicine at MGH is now offering the following yoga classes: Wednesdays, from 5:15 to 6:15 pm; Thursdays, from noon to 1 pm and 5 to 6 pm; and Mondays, from 9 to 10 am. Beginning Oct. 31, a class also will be offered Fridays from noon to 1 pm. There are 10 classes per session. Pre-registration and a nonrefundable fee of $120 are required.
