As the hospital prepares to mark its bicentennial milestone in 2011, MGHers are invited to share their creativity to help define what the 200th anniversary means to the MGH community. Throughout 2011, MGH bicentennial messages (graphics, slogans) will appear in newsletters, books or other publications; advertisements and marketing materials; and at events and celebrations. Below are a few guidelines to consider in submissions:
- Answer the question: What does the MGH bicentennial mean to you?
- Try to limit ideas to a few words or short phrases.
- Consider using concepts from the hospital's mission and history, such as medical innovation, scientific discovery, teaching future clinicians and serving area communities.
To submit ideas, employees should e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. Submissions should include the employee's name, department and phone number.
