Partners Neurology Residents staff two of the busiest neurology services in the country, which is why our program is the largest neurology residency in the country. We have 17 adult and 2 pediatric neurology residency positions per year. Our residents see a tremendous volume of amazing cases and have wide exposure to common and rare neurologic disorders.
Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital are two of the most advanced tertiary care facilities in the country and also serve the diverse surrounding community as a community hospital. The Partners Neurology Residents see a combined total of over 3,000 neurology admissions a year, 3,500 neurology consultations, as well as many of the 64,000 outpatients who are seen in the general and subspecialty neurology clinics.
In the Partners Neurology Residency Program there is broad coverage of all the subspecialties in neurology by teams of clinicians and investigators. The residents work closely with a core group of dedicated clinical neurologists in both general neurology and in all subspecialty areas.
