Fola May, MD
Education and Career Development Officer

I grew up in sunny Palos Verdes, California, leaving after high school to study biology and economics at Yale. My interest in epidemiology and health care led me to work abroad in Costa Rica and then Nigeria for some time before heading to the University of Cambridge to formally study epidemiology and systems of health care delivery. After leaving the UK, I moved to Boston to attend medical school at Harvard and was then fortunate enough to have the opportunity to train in internal medicine at MGH. My interests within medicine include gastroenterology (particularly pancreatobiliary disease), global health policy, and chronic disease prevention. When out of the hospital, my hobbies include jogging, making jewelry, creative writing, and travel with my husband.

Josue Vazquez, MD
Co-Officer for Community Outreach

Josue Vazquez, is an only child born and raised in the tropical island of Puerto Rico who is now part of the Musculoskeletal Radiology fellowship at MGH. He went to the University of Puerto Rico for both undergraduate studies in General Sciences as well as Medical School, and was active in several extracurricular activities such as basketball and table tennis. He then completed a Residency in Radiology at MGH. Throughout his training, Josue has remained active in community work. He believes that a real difference can be made by giving back to the community outside of regular clinical duties.

By spending extra time one on one with the community, Josue has faith that he can contribute in building the confidence that the keys to success are not only the usage of God given talents but also perseverance and dedication.
