Gifts may be made to MAO. These "unrestricted" gifts are of special importance because they can be directed in a variety of ways within the MAO where needs are most pressing.

If you prefer, you may also direct your gift to any area of the Multicultural Affairs Office that holds special meaning for you.

Planned Giving and Bequests

The MGH offers a number of ways to make significant charitable gift to the MAO. You may want to consider making a "planned gift", such as remembering MAO in your will; establishing a charitable remainder trust or annuity, while receiving an income for your life and/or the life of your designated beneficiary; naming the MAO as a beneficiary on your retirement account or life insurance policy; or donating personal property, such as stocks, bonds, or real estate.

Matching Gifts
Many companies match charitable gifts by employees, retirees and directors. Please check with your company's personnel department to learn if the business matches charitable gifts to hospitals.
