CDLP was created by the Multicultural Affairs Office and the Department of Medicine as part of a continuing effort to support residents in their transition from student to MGH trainee. The goals of the program are to provide mentorship as well as clinical and scientific support to help advance the career development of URM Internal Medicine trainees. |
