In addition, we offer educational and development initiatives such as Spanish for Healthcare, Support Services Grants and an internal job readiness program for welfare and low income to work candidates called the Health Care Training and Employment Program. Spanish for Healthcare - a series offered to employees to develop their skills in supporting Spanish speaking patients and customers.

Adult Education - MGH offers English as a Second language courses on-site as well as math/reading and pre-GED.

Support Services Grant - a scholarship program providing assistance to employees in service positions in their educational pursuits.
