Bulfinch Temporary Service

Since our inception in 1989, the Bulfinch Temporary Service (BFT) has played an integral role at MGH providing highly skilled employees to meet the temporary staffing needs at the Hospital. Now part of the Partners HealthCare network, BFT provides temporary staff to all PHS affiliates, including MGH, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Faulkner Hospital, Newton Wellesley Hospital, North Shore Medical Center, Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, McLean Hospital as well as many primary care medical practices affiliated with Partners. Since our inception we have placed thousands of highly skilled temporary employees whose diversity, energy and positive attitudes have helped countless departments throughout the network meet their commitment to quality patient care, research and administration.

Temping is a great way to get your foot in the door and begin a career in healthcare. Many of our temps have achieved regular positions throughout the network.
