Patients and family members, call us at 617-726-6966/TTY 617-724-0354 whenever you need to:
  • make, confirm or cancel an appointment
  • request a Medical Interpreter
  • talk to your provider
  • find out information about a family member admitted to MGH

The Interpreter Services Department office is staffed:
Monday-Friday 7am to 12am
Saturday-Sunday 10am to 10pm

Other resources for deaf and hard of hearing patients
There are TTY pay phones at the main entrances of the hospital. If you are admitted to the hospital, you can ask your nurse for a TTY machine. Staff can request the TTY machines from Materials Management by calling 617-726-9144.

There is parking available to patients and visitors in two garages with entrances on Fruit Street and Parkman Street. You can validate your parking ticket at the parking garage to get a reduced rate.
