Building Your Leadership Skills: Negotiating for Value

Whether you realize it or not, you negotiate every day...with colleagues, staff, family, and friends. Preparing for and navigating these everyday negotiations impacts your quality of life. In this interactive workshop you will:
    •  Determine your default negotiating style
    •  Build on previous experience to improve future encounters
    •  Prepare for an upcoming negotiation by:
             - Clarifying interests and priorities
             - Identifying opportunities to create value and promote integrative
               negotiation
