Benefits for MGH Fellows

All employees with a MGH appointment of Fellow (clinical or research) who work at least 87 hours per month and have a base salary of at least $834 per month are eligible for MGH Benefits. Visit MGH Human Resources Benefits for more information.

Benefits for Professional Staff

Professional staff includes monthly paid physicians and researchers (faculty) and executive staff. In order to be benefits-eligible, professional staff members must have a base salary of $2500 per month. Visit MGPO Professional Staff Benefits for more information.

Employee Assistance Program at MGH

The EAP is a workplace-based consultation, short term counseling, information and referral program for employees of MGH.

The Mothers' Corner

The Mother's Corner is a program for MGH, BWH and Partners employees returning to work after maternity leave. The Mothers' Corner provides new mothers with the opportunity to continue breastfeeding while back at work. An efficient, electric breast pump is provided in a private, comfortable room so working mothers can express their milk while at work.
