The MGH Center for Faculty Development and Multicultural Affairs Office invite you to register for the annual career development seminar sponsored by the Consortium of Harvard Affiliated Offices for Development and Diversity (CHADD) and the Harvard Clinical and Translational Science Center (CTSC Harvard Catalyst) to enhance your mentorship skills and effectiveness.

Facilitated by faculty across HMS-affiliated institutions and Boston University School of Management, this course is targeted to faculty interested in:

• Mentoring and the new HMS promotion criteria
• Implementing new innovative mentoring models in departments, clinics, or labs
• Improving mentoring effectiveness
• Covering a spectrum of skill sets, resources and strategies

When: Friday, November 20, 2009

Location: Children's Hospital, Auditoriums A and B (basement), 1 Autumn Street (off Longwood Avenue)
