Speaker: Robert C. Bordone, JD, Thaddeus R. Beal Clinical Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and Director of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinical Program
Part I: Negotiation Essentials
This seminar focused on the structure of negotiation by reviewing a systematic approach on preparing to negotiate. A case study example was used to guide the participants through this process. This interactive workshop helped participants understand the barriers and strategies to successful negotiations.
Part II: Dealing with Challenging Negotiation Behaviors
This interactive workshop offered tools and advice on how to handle negotiations when the "other" side uses difficult tactics.


Meet and Greet Series-
