Conference Room Bookings & Set-Ups Guidelines

How to book a conference room :

You can view the conference rooms calendars and make requests on-line at:

    http://fastbook.partners.org/envservices/timeline.asp

OR, you can email your requests with all required information within your email as indicated below:

  • Your name, department and telephone number.
  • The exact date and time of the meeting/function.
  • Type of meeting/function.
  • Number of guests expected.
  • If you are requesting the Burr 5 & 6, Thier or Yawkey 10660, Yawkey 4820, Yawkey 7980 conference rooms, you MUST indicate the type of Seating Style. If the seating sytle differs from the diagram, you need to submit your own diagram. This is to ensure there is no confusion and/or misinterpretation of the seating arrangements you desire.

  • You will receive a reponse to your request within two days.
  • The availability of rooms is based on a first come-first serve basis.
  • Note: For MGH East CNY Building 149 & Building 114 conference rooms, please call 6-5490.

How to change or cancel your requests :

  • 24 hours notice in writing needed for changes to seating arrangements.
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing. If the cancellation is less than 24 hours from the scheduled meeting/function time, it must also be accomanied by a phone call.
