MGH Chelsea HealthCare Center and MGH Revere HealthCare Center now offer Diabetes Eye Screening Programs on site!

Diabetes can harm your vision.

People with diabetes should have their eyes checked once a year for complications related to their disease.

MGH Chelsea HealthCare Center and MGH Revere HealthCare Center make it easy for our patients with diabetes to get their eyes checked at the same place they receive their primary care!

Referrals:
Patients must have a referral from their Primary Care Physician to make an appointment for an eye screening.

Costs:

Most insurances will cover this eye screening. However it is the patient's responsibility to contact their insurance to make sure it is covered.
