Biomodules Identification
Bioinformatic identification of functional biomodules using gene ontology classifications GoMiner.
GO classifications was used to identify functional groups enriched within the phagosome. A screen shot of the Directed Acylic Graph generated by GoMiner of cell component enrichment is shown as and example. Categories enriched more than 1.5-fold with flagged genes are colour-coded red; those depleted more than 1.5-fold are blue. The rest of the categories are gray. These data were used to generate Supplementary Table ST2-4 and the interactive DAG files available below.

To look at the interactive Trees generated with GoMiner from our phagosome analysis you need a SVGviewer plug-in to be installed, you can download the installer for free on the Adobe web site: download SVGviewer installer (becarefull to choose the installer according to your Operating System i.e. Windows, MacOSX, Linux.... )
Then you might need to restart your web browser to have the plug-in to work properly.
After that you are ready to look at the GoMiner interactive trees, see below:
1. Molecular functions interactive tree
2. Celluar components intercative tree
3. Biological processes intercative tree
(Use the right clic of your mouse to access to the options on the trees.)
