BURSARY: |
|
|
| There will be 20 bursary / scholarship slots available ($700 USD). Bursary participants will be asked to share a sleeping room with other bursary participants of the same sex. Anyone requiring financial assistance MUST include a statement with their abstract indicating that they are applying for a bursary spot as well as a statement as to why they need such assistance. |

| There will be additional 10 bursary / scholarship slots for local attendees (not requiring overnight accommodations at Sentosa Resort & Spa). The cost for this is $400 USD and includes registration and all the meals/coffee breaks. Anyone requiring this financial assistance MUST include a statement with their abstract indicating that they are applying for a bursary spot as well as a statement as to why they need such assistance. |

| PASSPORTS AND VISAS: |
|
|
Passport holders from most countries are granted a 60-day stay upon entry to into Singapore. Visa free travelers entering Singapore under the visa Waiver Program require individual machine readable passports. For country-specific visa information, please click here.
Participants attending the conference who require an entry visa for Singapore are advised to make the necessary arrangements well in advance of their departure. Please ensure that their visa is valid for a sufficient duration. A letter of invitation from the conference planner (chenshall@partners.org) may be requested in writing in order to facilitate your visa application. |

| INSURANCE AND LIABILITY: |

| Participants are advised to secure their own insurance to cover loss incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage or loss of personal properties. |

| CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE: |

| A certificate of attendance will be issued at the time of registration to delegates who have indicated that they will need a certificate. Please email chenshall@partners.org at least one week before the start of the conference to ensure you receive your certificate. |
