Family Planning Program and Services

MGH Chelsea and MGH Revere provide free and confidential family planning services to adolescents and other eligible patients through a grant from Boston Action for Community Development. Major services include free contraceptives, counseling, education, information, diagnosis, and treatment of STDs.
