Pilates is a highly effective way to shape up, slim down and feel great. An emphasis on movement quality, posture, and breathing makes Pilates a safe, challenging and revitalizing workout. Stott Pilates-Essential Mat classes focus on developing core stability and learning the basic biomechanical principles of Pilates. All participants must take the Intro to Pilates class and have approval with the instructor before taking this class. |
