Personal Training

In today's busy and highly competitive world, one quality is the ability to keep going when the going gets tough. Busy schedules, meetings, commitments, deadlines and every day stress and strain can drain you emotionally and physically.

Regular exercise can help you keep a balance in life. But many people don't have the motivation and guidance they need to exercise on a regular basis.

Personal Training is a way to:
1. Motivate you to maintain a regular workout routine.
2. Maximize your time and efficiency.
3. Educate you on proper training techniques.
4. Be your personal coach.
5. Monitor your progress with encouragement emotionally and physically.

Personal Training is a one-on-one exercise program with you and a highly qualified trainer. Your Personal Trainer will develop a safe and effective exercise prescription designed specifically for you, while providing motivation and guidance.

From the moment you enter our Fitness Works Personal Training program, you will receive the attention of an accredited, experienced trainer who will plan an appropriate exercise prescription geared to your individual needs and goals.

Our nationally recognized certified Personal Trainers represent more than 50 years of experience. Their extensive training and education are the keys to your success.

Swim Lessons

We offer year-round swim lessons for both children and adults. Our certified instructors can arrange private, semi-private or group lessons for beginners through intermediate and advanced swimmers.
