a message from our directors

Thank you for your interest in the Massachusetts General Hospital Child Neurology Residency Program. The oldest and largest hospital in New England, and the first teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, MGH has provided comprehensive care for children since 1821 and patients with neurological diseases across the lifespan since 1872. Our division of child neurology is united by a common purpose of providing outstanding care and finding new treatments and cures that will reduce and ultimately eliminate the devastating impact of neurological disorders on our patients and their families. Our residency program is driven to train future leaders in child neurology with expertise in clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as to provide opportunities to pursue innovative research and explore novel career paths in science and discovery. Our faculty consists of clinicians, basic scientists, and translational researchers with a breadth of national and international expertise.
