CeDAR Scientific Symposium (Boston, MA)

The 1st annual Scientific Symposium supported by the Center for D-receptor Activation Research (CeDAR) took place on October 1, 2005 in Boston. This one-day symposium fostered exchanges and dissemination of information, and promoted collaborations across disciplines. The goal was to present and discuss novel, non-traditional effects of activated vitamin D. The symposium included invited speakers and presentations from a variety of disciplines. Participants included national and international experts in areas including cardiovascular disease, immunology, and oncology. CeDAR provided financial and logistical support for the entire symposium.
