The MGH Center for Community Health Improvement (formerly known as MGH Community Benefit Program) was founded in 1995 to collaborate with underserved communities to improve health. The Center for Community Health Improvement builds on MGH’s long term commitment to its health center communities of Chelsea, Revere and Charlestown, as well as Boston.
