The Buildings & Grounds Department has implemented a new
intranet Service Requisition Tool for the processing of a work
requests effective October 1, 2002.
The new system is web based and all that is required is a
web browser to register and request non-emergency work.
You will need to register by clicking on the register now link
and follow the directions provided on the screen.
Once
registered you will be taken to the main menu page, where you
will be able to follow the link to Request Work. The Buildings
and Grounds Department will process the non-emergency
work request after verifying the information.
It is important
that we have a call back number in case there are any
questions concerning your requisition. A confirmation of
the work order is available on the web site when a valid user is
logged in.
