In order to be in compliance with NFPA regulations, Massachusetts General Hospital Buildings & Grounds Department, along with fire department approved vendor, must test the fire alarm system quarterly. This will involve the audio, visual, and electronic devices in the system.
Routine testing is conducted between 9 am to 3 pm. Few locations will be tested on Sunday. Please see table below as to location of the test is being conducted.
