Serial measurements of bone density are most reliable when we insure the highest possible
test reproducibility by:
1. Using the identical densitometer for each serial visit
2. Using a small number of highly trained and very experienced technicians
3. Having an experienced osteoporosis researcher review every scan
4. Calibrating our instruments daily with routines that exceed conventional recommendations.
