The MGH Tobacco Treatment Service is offering a smoking cessation program this summer. The program will start on Wednesday, June 23 at 5:30 pm. This seven-session, weekly group program, which meets one hour per week, includes information about preparing to quit, coping with stress without cigarettes, preventing weight gain, and staying tobacco free. With written approval from your primary care physician, low-cost nicotine patches and/or nicotine gum will be available to program participants. Advanced registration is required along with a registration fee, which is on a sliding scale.
