Case Load

The clinical experience at Mass General is rich, with over 48,000 cases annually. Mass General is a Level I trauma center, providing residents with exposure to both penetrating and blunt trauma. Challenging clinical cases include heart, lung, and liver transplantation.  Clinical fellows are limited to the ICU, pain center, and Cardiac services maintaining the resident experience.
