Obstetric Anesthesia Fellowship Application
SELECTION PROCESS
All CA-2 and CA-3 residents are encouraged to apply to the Obstetric Anesthesia Fellowship.
We select one fellow each year based on CV, personal statement, letters of recommendation and interviews,
and place emphasis on fellows who have demonstrated innovation, leadership, motivation, and strong communication skills during their residency.
Interviews will be scheduled during the month of May.
APPLICATION MATERIALS
We are accepting applications for the 2013-2014 fellowship academic year. To apply, follow the application process listed below for the 2014 academic year.
Applications will be accepted beginning October 15, 2012 for the academic year 2014-2015. The deadline for completed applications is May 31, 2013. We are currently recruiting for one fellowship position.

- Personal statement
- Describe your interest in the Obstetric Anesthesia Fellowship
- Describe your plans after the completion of the fellowship
- Completed Obstetric Anesthesia Fellowship application (PDF)
- Current Curriculum Vitae or resume

Three letters of recommendation. One letter must be from your residency program director.

- Copy of your medical school transcript

Copy of ECFMG certificate if foreign medical school graduate
