Mission

The core focus of the Department of Anesthesia, Critical Care and Pain Medicine (DACCPM) is to provide world-class health care to our patients by integrating education, evidence-based medicine, and research in collaboration with Massachusetts General Hospital and the communities we serve by:

  • Leading in discovery, innovation and education
  • Recruiting, retaining and developing the highest quality team members
  • Using ongoing assessment and analysis to improve performance in each of our domains
